在回顾25年我国林业利用国外贷款总体情况的基础上,分析了我国林业利用国外贷款的特点以及存在的问题,提出了我国林业利用国外贷款应采取的对策措施。
On the basis of reviewing the overall situation of China’s forestry utilizing foreign loans over the past 25 years, this paper analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of our country’s forestry utilization of foreign loans, and puts forward the countermeasures that should be taken by China’s forestry to utilize foreign loans.
