聚合物驱配制站是聚合物驱油地面工程建设的重要组成部分。采油三厂的聚北十四配制站是油田第一座聚合物配制站 ,该厂的聚北十八配制站是到目前最新建成的聚合物配制站 ,分析这两个站的工艺流程 ,就可以清楚地看出油田聚合物配制站工艺流程的简化与改进情况。经过详细的调查研究 ,征求生产部门、开发部门、设计人员和有关专家的意见 ,对最新建设的采油三厂聚北十八配制站的工艺流程和标准进行了剖析 ,提出简化工艺流程意见。
Polymer flooding station is an important part of polymer flooding ground engineering. Poly North Fourteen Preparation Plant is the first polymer preparation station in the oilfield. The Poly Beiji Eighteen Preparation Station of the plant is the latest polymer preparation station so far. After analyzing the technological process of these two stations, It can be clearly seen that the process of polymer preparation station simplification and improvement of the situation. After detailed investigation and study, soliciting opinions from production departments, development departments, designers and relevant experts, the process flow and standards of the newly-built No.3 Poly-Pei-18 Erecting Plant in the Third Oil Production Plant were analyzed and the suggestions of simplifying the technological process were put forward.
