近年来,尽管国外有人对噪声与二硫化碳,噪声与一氧化碳,噪声、高温和全身振动对听觉器官的联合作用问题进行了探讨,还提出了新的噪声卫生学标准。但关于手传振动和噪声对听觉器官的联合作用及在其作用下的听力曲线特点的研究,国内报道尚少。 我们于1982年春对哈尔滨银光电镀厂的43名受噪声和手传振动联合作用的抛磨工(噪振组)和哈尔滨针织厂153名仅接触噪声(噪声级类似,为噪声组)的挡车工进行了气导听力测定和耳科检查。以后者作对照,以期探讨噪声和手传振动在听力损伤中的联合作用及在其作用下的听力曲线特点。
In recent years, new standards of noise hygiene have been proposed despite the discussion of the combined effects of noise and carbon disulfide, noise and carbon monoxide, noise, high temperature and general vibration on hearing organs. However, there are few reports on the combined effects of hand-transmitted vibration and noise on auditory organs and the characteristics of hearing curves under their action. In the spring of 1982, we carried out a total of 43 disc puller (noise group) combined with noise and hand-transmitted vibration in Harbin Silver-plating Plant and 153 noise-exposed noise (noise group similar to noise group) in Harbin Knitting Factory Workers performed air conduction hearing tests and otology examinations. The latter as a control, in order to explore the noise and hands-vibration in the joint effects of hearing loss and in its role in the hearing curve characteristics.
