目的研究葡萄胎差异表达新基因F10在不同组织的表达情况及其与恶性肿瘤之间的关系。方法采用原位杂交方法检测不同肿瘤组织和正常组织的F10基因mRNA表达。结果F10基因在卵巢腺癌、子宫内膜癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、胃癌等腺癌中阳性表达,不同腺癌之间阳性表达差异无显著性(P>0.05)。子宫内膜、宫颈上皮等正常组织、肝癌癌旁组织中F10基因阴性表达。结论葡萄胎差异表达新基因F10不仅与滋养细胞肿瘤密切相关,可能还在某些腺癌发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective To study the expression of a novel gene F10 differentially expressed in hydatidiform mole in different tissues and its relationship with malignant tumors. Methods In situ hybridization was used to detect the mRNA expression of F10 gene in different tumor tissues and normal tissues. Results F10 gene was positively expressed in adenocarcinoma, endometrial carcinoma, breast cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer and other adenocarcinomas. There was no significant difference in the expression of F10 between different adenocarcinomas (P> 0.05). Endometrium, cervical epithelium and other normal tissues, liver cancer adjacent tissues F10 gene negative expression. Conclusion The differential expression of hydatidiform mole F10 is not only closely related to trophoblastic tumor, but may play an important role in the development of some adenocarcinomas.
