当前我国正处于社会转型的关键时期,法治建设面临着向左走还是向右走的难题,文章分析了西方法治理念的缺陷以及在我国的实践困境,从而得出结论:我国未来的法治进路应从偏重于借鉴西方法律制度和理论的追仿型进路转向以适应中国国情、解决中国实际问题为目标的自主型进路,并结合实际情况,对自主型进路的具体操作提出了自己的看法。
At present, our country is in a critical period of social transformation. The construction of the rule of law is facing the problem of going left or right.
