古人云:“反求诸己,扪心自问”“思之不缜,行而失当”“吾日三省吾身”。这些至理名言都充分说明了古人早就有了反思意识。在现代社会,反思已成为人的自觉行为,作为教师,在教学中要不断尝试应用反思。通过教学反思,不断探究有关教学对象、教学目的以及教学手段等方面的问题,将“学会教学”与“学会学习”结合起来,努力提高自己教学方式的可行性和合理性,以取得理想的教学效果。
