Emotional education is an important aspect of quality education. Emotional education is imperative. Physical Education in Colleges and Universities Should Correctly Understand the Present Situation of Students’ Emotions in Physical Education, Pay Attention to Training, and Strive to Give Play to the Role of Physical Education in the Development of Emotional Quality of College Students.
