消费者在选购螺旋藻产品时,应该仔细辨别螺旋藻产品的真假、优劣。①闻气味:选购螺旋藻产品时,首先是闻气味。优质螺旋藻产品应是略带海鲜(或腥)味,这种气味多数人能接受。而如果带烂鱼臭味、臭鸡蛋味,或其它怪气味,则表明这种螺旋藻产品已经变质,其中许多营养成份已被破坏。②看颜色:螺旋藻属于蓝藻类,正常的颜色应是蓝(或深)绿色。由于它体内有些营养成份在光照下极易分解变质,所以采收、干燥和保存螺旋藻产品时,不考虑螺旋藻的特点就会影响产品的颜色和质量。蓝绿色的螺旋藻产品在光照下,几天后产品就会由蓝绿色逐渐变成鲜绿、浅绿到灰绿,并随光照时间的延长颜色逐渐变浅。这时,螺旋藻的营养成份就被破坏了,不可能再恢复原来的颜色,所以选购时一定要注意观察。
