十四、含丹参的中成药与西药的相互作用(1)复方丹参片与胃舒平合用时,丹参酚与胃舒平中的铝离子结合,生成丹参酚-铝络合物,不易被胃肠道吸收。(2)复方丹参片(针)不宜与抗肿瘤药物环磷酰胺,环己亚硝脲、5-氟脲嘧啶、阿糖胞苷、喜树碱钠、争光霉素等合用。因前者从不同的途径给药,与后者合用时,均可促进肿瘤的转移。另有动物实验证明,丹参可促进 Lewis 肺癌的自发转移,故
XIV.Interactions of proprietary Chinese medicines containing salvia miltiorrhiza and western medicines (1) When compound salvia miltiorrhiza tablet is combined with Weishuping, salvia miltiorrhiza combined with aluminum ions in Weishuping produces salvianolic-aluminum complex, which is not easily absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract. (2) Compound Danshen tablets (needle) should not be combined with antitumor drugs such as cyclophosphamide, cyclohexylnitrosourea, 5-fluorouracil, cytarabine, camptothecin sodium, and bleomycin. Because the former is administered from different routes, when combined with the latter, it can promote tumor metastasis. Another animal experiment proves that Salvia miltiorrhiza can promote the spontaneous metastasis of Lewis lung cancer.
