中药的同名异物、同物异名现象给中药的使用、研究、发掘、提高造成了障碍。故许多人发出了实现中药名称规范化,统一中药名称的呼吁。下面,笔者试图以中药现有名称与原动、植、矿物名称相统一的观点,提出中药名称改革的设想,供中药界人士参考。一、中药名称与来源不统一的弊病现今中药名称不统一且和原动、植、矿物种名不相符合,造成了很多混乱。现代的中药科技书籍和教材都在正名之后另列常用名、异名、别名,有的书还在许多复杂品种后面附上习用品、混淆品或伪品的名称,无端又引了许多名目,使已经混乱不堪的中药名又增加上新的混乱。如王不留行《药典》85年版一部
The phenomena of alien names and synonyms in the same name of traditional Chinese medicines have created obstacles for the use, research, excavation, and improvement of traditional Chinese medicines. Therefore, many people have issued an appeal to standardize the names of Chinese medicines and unify the names of Chinese medicines. In the following, the author tries to put forward the idea of the name reform of traditional Chinese medicine for the reference of the practitioners of the Chinese medicine industry with the view that the current name of the traditional Chinese medicine is consistent with the name of the original animal, plant and mineral. I. Disadvantages of the inconsistency of names and sources of traditional Chinese medicines The names of Chinese medicines are not uniform and are inconsistent with the names of the original animals, plants, and minerals, causing a lot of confusion. Modern books and textbooks on traditional Chinese medicine science and technology are all listed under the name of the common name, synonyms, and aliases. Some books also include the names of habits, confusion, or counterfeit products behind many complex varieties. The new chaos has been added to the already chaotic Chinese name.
