平板汽车运输角钢、槽钢、圆钢、钢筋、钢管等需要绑扎的货物时,车厢上都固定着用角钢焊成的框架,前边高出车头,后边要高出车箱。货物用铁丝绑扎在框架上,一般要用长约4米的8号铁丝两股绑扎两道。绑扎时要拧绞,既费力,效率又低,约两分钟才能绑扎好。卸货时约有16米铁丝被剪断丢掉。应用绑扎器后,既省力,效率又高,不到一分钟就能绑扎好。自一九七九年使用以来节省了大量的铁丝和资金。绑扎器的结构如图1所示,为钢板焊接结构,制造简便。固定螺丝8把心轴6和支座7固定成整体,轴上支承着滚筒9。滚筒上的螺孔10是夹持钢丝绳用的。棘爪2和4是螺旋
