On August 16, 1982, the Ministry of Railways Science Research Institute held the “DDK-65 Chain Bucket Dump Truck Dry Sealing Dust Device” examination and appraisal meeting. The device was built by the Institute of Railway Construction, Ministry of Railway Research Institute and Beijing.
