目前,恶性肿瘤的发病率呈逐渐上升的趋势,而化学疗法(简称化疗)仍是治疗恶性肿瘤的主要方法之一。化疗方案根据患者肿瘤部位、病理分型、病程分期采用不同方案。近几年来,国内外学者均主张采用大剂量甚至超大剂量(骨髓净化)联合化疗,以期达到一次治愈或完全缓解。我院自1995年6月至今采用大剂量、多种药物联合、集中一天内给药治疗,取得了一定疗效,现将我们对这一疗法的护理体会介绍如下。

In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars have advocated the use of large doses or even large doses (bone marrow purification) combined with chemotherapy, in order to achieve a cure or complete remission. Our hospital since June 1995 has been using large doses, a variety of drugs, focused on the day of drug treatment, and achieved some efficacy, now we are nursing experience of this therapy are described below.
