无声破碎亦是静态破碎或无振破碎,它属于化学物理法范畴的一种低爆速、低爆力新的控制破碎技术。这种破碎法是先在岩石或混凝土上钻孔,然后用水将非爆炸破碎剂拌和并填入孔内静置,经水化膨胀后使被破碎物体产生裂缝,经10～24小时后就可用其它机械简便地将碎片清除。这种破碎法既无振动又无噪音,同时还不产生飞石、粉尘和有害气体,是一种安全且无公害的破碎方法。
