单质碘熄灭固定于增塑的 PVC 膜中的蒽的荧光,且这种熄灭作用可逆。本文据此研制了用于测定单质碘浓度的荧光光化学传感器。该传感器的敏感膜的最佳组成为7~11mg 蒽、50mg PVC粉、100mg 邻苯二甲酸二异辛脂,测定碘的浓度范围为2.79×10~(-5)mol·L~(-1)~1.40×10~(-3)mol·L~(-1)。此传感器测定单质碘的重现性好,响应时间小于47s。除 Fe~(3+)、Ag~+外,其它常见离子均无干扰。将此传感器用于食盐中的碘的回收率测定,结果令人满意。
Elemental iodine quenches the fluorescence of anthracene fixed in a plasticized PVC membrane, and this extinguishing effect is reversible. In this paper, we have developed a fluorescence photochemical sensor for the determination of elemental iodine concentration. The optimum composition of the sensitive membrane of the sensor is 7 ~ 11mg anthracene, 50mg PVC powder and 100mg dioctyl phthalate. The concentration range of iodine is 2.79 × 10 ~ (-5) mol·L ~ (-1) ) ~ 1.40 × 10 ~ (-3) mol·L -1. This sensor to determine the reproducibility of elemental iodine good response time of less than 47s. In addition to Fe ~ (3 +), Ag ~ +, other common ions without interference. The sensor for salt iodine recovery rate determination, the results are satisfactory.
