看了99年第二期王修文同志的“气缸套位置公差及检测”一文,很受启发.对这一问的深入研究和探讨觉得确有必要,现谈一点心得,供同行指正.支承肩位置公差在JB/T51108—1997《气缸套产品分等标准》里虽属C类缺陷,但其重要性是勿庸置疑的.支承肩的形状如图1、2、3且位置公差超差,那么气缸套在安装过程中,支承肩可能会断裂.若发动机工作中支承肩断裂,则会产生更严重的后果.因此,在生产和检验过程中,把支承肩位置公差控制在允许的公差范围之内是十分必要的.
Inspired by the article entitled “Cylinder Liner Position Tolerance and Testing” written by Comrade Wang Xiuwen in the second phase of 1999, I felt it was necessary to conduct in-depth studies and discussions on this issue. The shape of the supporting shoulder is shown in Figure 1, 2 and 3 and the position tolerance is out of tolerance, Then the cylinder liner may be broken during installation, and if the support shoulder is broken during engine operation, it will have more serious consequences. Therefore, during the production and inspection, the support shoulder position tolerance should be controlled within the allowable tolerance range Is very necessary.
