以Na_2WO_4.5H_2O和Bi(NO_3)_3.5H_2O为原料,乙二醇甲醚溶剂,柠檬酸和乙酰丙酮为添加剂,采用sol-gel法在FTO基板上成功制备了Bi_2WO_6薄膜。利用XRD、FE-SEM、DRS、PL等分析手段Bi_2WO_6薄膜进行表征和性能测试。结果表明随着退火时间减少,由sol-gel法制备的Bi_2WO_6薄膜XRD最强峰和次强峰的强度比发生了变化。所制备的薄膜厚度为180nm,表面形貌均匀且多孔,在紫外-可见光均有吸收,可见光区有几个光致发光发射峰。在可见光照射下,Bi_2WO_6薄膜可以缓慢的降解RhB。
The films of Bi_2WO_6 were successfully prepared on the FTO substrate by sol-gel method using Na_2WO_4.5H_2O and Bi (NO_3) _3.5H_2O as raw materials, ethylene glycol methyl ether solvent, citric acid and acetylacetone as additives. The Bi 2 WO 6 thin films were characterized and characterized by means of XRD, FE-SEM, DRS and PL analysis. The results show that with the decrease of annealing time, the intensity ratio of the strongest peak and the second peak of the XRD of Bi_2WO_6 thin films prepared by sol-gel method has been changed. The prepared film has a thickness of 180 nm, uniform and porous surface morphology, absorption in UV-visible light, and several photoluminescence emission peaks in the visible region. Under visible light irradiation, Bi_2WO_6 thin film can degrade RhB slowly.
