我国200MW再热机组普遍采用高、中压缸联合启动,但存在着启动时间长、耗油量大的问题。针对这一问题,秦岭电厂通过多次试验,提出了“中压缸冲转中速预暖”的启动方式即利用邻炉蒸汽对中压缸进汽冲转,高压缸预暖,进行中速暖机,提高了高中压缸金属温度水平,改善了高中压缸之间的膨胀,改变了再热汽温滞后的现象,改善了电网调度的灵活性并且可将机组启动时间从12小时缩短成6~7小时,甚至5小时,每次启动用油从90吨减少到40~50吨,甚至30吨,每次启动可多发电100多万千瓦时。因此,在电力紧张,燃油十分紧缺的今天,该启动方式具有重要的经济意义。

Therefore, in the power shortage, fuel shortage today, the start-up mode has important economic significance.
