CIMT2015第十四届中国国际机床展览会于4月20日在北京举行。舒勒公司在展会期间向中国市场推出采用伺服直驱技术的800吨级压力机MSD-800。该机采用整体式设计,在大连舒勒厂区制造、组装。“中国市场对于采用伺服技术的压力机有着越来越多的需求,”舒勒中国区总裁Oemer Akyazici说道。“毕竟,伺服技术通过优化运动顺序使之适应特定的成形需求,产能、灵活性、零部件以及模具寿命都能获得大幅度提升。
CIMT2015 The 14th China International Machine Tool Exhibition was held on April 20 in Beijing. Schuler introduced the 800-ton press MSD-800 with servo direct-drive technology to the Chinese market during the show. The machine uses a one-piece design, manufacturing, assembly in Dalian Shule plant. ”There is an increasing demand in the Chinese market for presses using servo technology," said Oemer Akyazici, president of Schuler China. After all, servo technology has seen a dramatic increase in productivity, flexibility, parts and die life by optimizing the sequence of motions to suit specific forming needs.
