利用计算机对油井的地质资料及生产数据综合处理,作出相应变量间的函数关系曲线,通过曲线模拟,找出相应变量间的函数关系,由此计算螺杆泵地面驱动总扭矩、举升产液总压降及所需螺杆泵的公称排量,并对现有螺杆泵各项参数综合分析,优选出螺杆果最优泵型。现场应用证明:螺杆泵优选软件对提高螺杆泵井作业一次成功率、延长螺杆泵运转周期、提高油井产能及节能降耗等方面都具有重大意义。
Using the computer to process the geological data and production data of the oil well comprehensively, the curve of the function between the corresponding variables is made. Through the curve simulation, the function relation between the corresponding variables is found out, thus calculating the ground driving total torque of the screw pump, Pressure drop and the required displacement of the nominal displacement pump, and a comprehensive analysis of the existing parameters of the screw pump to optimize the screw pump optimal pump type. The field application shows that the optimized software of screw pump is of great significance in improving the success rate of screw pump operation, prolonging the operation period of screw pump, improving the productivity of oil well and saving energy and reducing consumption.
