乳牙髓室底穿通,可以是病理性或医源性的,也可以是生理性的。对于未到替牙期但髓室底穿通的牙,最好采取积极的措施,保住牙齿,是防治儿童牙病的重要课题之一。由于牙体的保持,它维持了咀嚼功能,且对恒牙的萌出位置保持极为有利。临床上,我们按传统常规施行牙髓病治疗,不久即发生松脱,表现为充填体下沉,这样出现间隙而与口腔中的唾液相通,深层的充填材料如干尸剂、氧化锌等必将溶解破坏,从而使上层的永久性充填材料松动脱位。笔者根据临床实践,探索以白合金片作为覆盖髓顶的材料来增加抵抗咀嚼的力量,防止充填物下沉,收到令人满意的效果。现将作法分述如下。
