为纪念新《会计法》实施两周年,贯彻朱总理“不做假账”的重要指示,辽宁省财政厅和辽宁电视台举办了以“诚信为本,不做假账”为主题的电视论坛节目。中央电视台著名主持人王小丫担任论坛节目主持人。著名会计学家、中南财经政法大学教授、博士生导师郭道扬,原国家审计署法规司副司长、现任中国注册会计师协会副秘书长董新钢,东软集团董事长、东北大学副校长、博士生导师刘积仁作为本次论坛特邀嘉宾,围绕会计信息失真的表现,结合国内外会计造假案例,深入剖析了会计信息失真的原因、主要危害,提出了完善会计法制制度、加强诚信道德教育等方面的治理措施,呼吁全社会营造诚信的氛围。论坛期间,常务副省长郭廷标、财政部会计司司长刘玉廷、省财政厅厅长鲁昕分别就如何加大《会计法》执法力度、如何履行财政部门《会计法》执法主体责任等问题,接受了采访。辽宁电视台在新闻节目对本次论坛进行了报道,辽宁经济台、辽宁卫视频道也在黄金时段进行了播放,中国财经日报“财会世界”栏目对此次论坛作了专版报道。
