目的 :研究FasL、P2 7、PCNA在胃癌组织中的表达 ,并探讨其生物学意义。方法 :采用免疫组化SP法检测 5 0例胃癌组织、癌旁交界组织、距肿瘤边缘 5cm组织及 10例正常胃粘膜的FasL表达 ,并对正常胃粘膜和肿瘤组织中P2 7、PCNA表达进行检测。结果 :胃癌TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移与FasL表达无关 (P >0 0 5 ) ,与P2 7、PCNA表达有关 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :FasL可能在胃癌发生发展过程的免疫逃避中起重要作用 ;P2 7蛋白可能是一个预测胃癌预后的重要因素 ;PC NA是反映胃癌细胞增殖活性的一项重要指标
Objective: To study the expression of FasL, P2 7 and PCNA in gastric carcinoma and to explore their biological significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of FasL in 50 cases of gastric cancer tissues, paracancer tissues, 5 cm away from tumor margin and 10 cases of normal gastric mucosa. The expressions of P2 7 and PCNA in normal gastric mucosa and tumor tissues Detection. Results: The TNM staging, differentiation and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer had no correlation with the expression of FasL (P> 0.05), but correlated with the expression of PCNA and P2 7 (P <0.01). Conclusion: FasL may play an important role in the immune evasion of gastric cancer. P2 7 protein may be an important factor in predicting the prognosis of gastric cancer. PCNA is an important indicator reflecting the proliferation activity of gastric cancer
