1982年从辽宁省铁岭地区的野大豆根瘤中分离得到一个大豆根瘤菌新类群—超慢型大豆根瘤菌。此类群在栽培大豆上结瘤良好,但在豌豆、百脉根、紫云英、草木樨上不结瘤;在绿豆上能结瘤,不属135血清型。突出的特点是产碱能力强,培养5天后pH达到7.72—8.05,代时超长,被测定的2064菌株代时为25.9小时。
In 1982, a new soybean rhizobium strain, super slow soybean rhizobium, was isolated from wild soybean nodules in Tieling, Liaoning Province. This group of cultivated soybean nodulation good, but in peas, Lotus, milk vetiver Ziyun not nodulation; on the mung bean nodulation, 135 is not serotype. Prominent feature is strong alkaline production, pH reached 7.72-8.05 after 5 days of culture, generation long, the measured 2064 strain on behalf of 25.9 hours.
