目的 探讨形状记忆合金环抱器治疗连枷胸的手术疗效.方法 对18例连枷胸患者采取形状记忆合金环抱器内固定术治疗.结果 经6～48个月随访,平均14个月,优良率为100%,无死亡病例,未出现感染、松动及愈合不良等并发症.结论 对于连枷胸采用形状记忆合金环抱器内固定术治疗临床疗效满意.
