据中国、美国、澳大利亚合作开展的防治儿童近视研究项目前期调查显示,我国人口近视发生率为33%,全国近视眼人数已近4亿,已经达到世界平均水平22%的1,5倍。青少年近视发病率则高达50%～60%,我国是世界上近视发病率最高的国家之一,近视眼人数世界第一。一方面,我国的近视发病率高、近视人数多;另一方面,我国目前取得高级验光技师从业资格的人数不足两百人。供需关系的悬殊催热了眼镜验光员的培训。
According to the preliminary survey conducted by China, the United States and Australia on the prevention and treatment of children's myopia research project, the incidence of myopia in China is 33%. The number of people with myopia in the country has reached nearly 400 million, which has reached 1,5 times of the world average of 22%. The incidence of myopia in adolescents is as high as 50% to 60%. China is one of the countries with the highest incidence of myopia in the world, and the number of myopia is the highest in the world. On the one hand, our country has a high incidence of myopia and a large number of myopia. On the other hand, the number of senior optometric technicians in our country currently has less than two hundred people. The disparity between the supply and demand hypemed the glasses optometrists training.
