一、话语形态与体系框架2013年6月7日,在经过了跨越三个年头的探索和努力之后,首批上海市档案文献遗产和优秀档案文化传播项目的申评工作,终于画上了句号。借助新闻发布和颁证(奖)仪式的举行,两项评审的9+12件/组结果,在6月9日国际档案日到来前夕,通过大众媒介,向社会各界公开揭晓。虽然这个揭晓过程相对漫长,但最终还是实现了我们的设计预期,获得了不俗的反响。以此为标识,具有多元选择的档案文化传播的话语形态与体系构建,已经初步形成了
