同志们: 今天,省委党校举行毕业典礼,欢送85级的党政干部培训班、政工干部培训班、理论干部培训班、经济管理干部培训班、妇女干部培训班等五个培训班,以及哲学和政治经济学两个研究生班的毕业学员共计373人离校走上工作岗位。经过两年的党校学习,大家在马列主义基础理论素养、党性修养、领导工作能力以及拓宽知识面等方面都有了很大的长进。这是我省干部队伍“四化”的重要一步,也是大家今后成长、发展的重要基础。 我是第三次参加省委党校的毕业典礼。尽管是一年一度,但这次的毕业典礼又有新意:毕业班次中研究生班、经管班和辽源经管班、妇干班都是首届,不久将毕业的五千名83级函授班学员也是首届。这样,今年的毕业班层次之高、方面之广、人数之多都是空前的。这说明省委党校在教育正规化中又迈出了新的步伐,为干部“四化”作出了新贡献。在这里,我代表省委、并以党校校长的名义,向全体应届毕业学员表示热烈的祝贺! 向为党校教育正规化付出心血和劳动的全校教职工同志们表示衷心的问候! 今天,我在这里谈三个问题:一是当前的形势和任务,二是关于党校教育正规化的深入发展,三是对毕业学员的几点希望。

In the near future, a total of 5,000 83-level correspondence students will graduate . In this way, the graduation class this year, high level, wide area, the number of people are unprecedented. This shows that the Party School of Provincial Party Committee has taken another new step in education regularization and made new contributions to the “four modernizations” of cadres.
