据国外报道,环已亚硝脲(CCNU)对动物白血病等肿瘤模型均具有较强的抑制作用。作用于增殖细胞各期,对G—S边縁期作用最强,能通过血脑屏障,因而对动物及人的中枢神经系统肿瘤有效。根据洋为中用的方针,由南京制药厂试制成功。并由南京药学院药理教研组协作进行药理核对试验。现将所做药理试验小结如下: 材料和方法【药物配制】 CCNU由南京制药厂试制合成,难溶于水,实验用0.5%的羧甲基纤维素加两滴吐温-80作成混悬剂。
According to foreign reports, CCNU has a strong inhibitory effect on animal leukemia and other tumor models. It acts on the proliferating cells at various stages, has the strongest effect on the G-S border stage, and can pass through the blood-brain barrier, and is therefore effective for animal and human CNS tumors. According to the principle of foreign use, the trial was successfully implemented by Nanjing Pharmaceutical Factory. And the pharmacological teaching and research group of Nanjing Pharmaceutical College cooperated to conduct pharmacological verification tests. The pharmacological trials are summarized as follows: Materials and Methods [Drug Preparation] CCNU was prepared by Nanjing Pharmaceutical Factory for trial production and hardly soluble in water. The experiment was performed with 0.5% carboxymethylcellulose plus two drops of Tween-80 as a suspension. .
