【摘 要】
：
获得性全身性弹性组织离解症为一罕见系统性疾病,系由结缔组织中弹力纤维碎裂、紊乱、减少,导致进行性皮肤松弛,伴发内脏异常.现报告国内首例患典型获得性全身性弹性组织离解
