目的用硝酸镍作为基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法直接测定饮用水中的砷。方法水样经硝酸酸化后,加入基体改进剂硝酸镍,石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法直接进样进行测定。结果本方法以峰高值来计回归方程:A=0.017 47+0.005 300 C,相关系数r=0.999 6,可见线性关系良好,RSD:1.8%~4.3%,精密度良好,回收率范围96.2%~100.3%。结论用该方法进行水中砷的直接测定,方法简便可行,结果可靠。
Aim To use nickel nitrate as a matrix modifier and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry to directly determine arsenic in drinking water. Methods After the sample was acidified by nitric acid, the matrix modifier Ni (NO3) 2 was added and the sample was directly analyzed by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The regression equation was based on peak heights: A = 0.01747 + 0.005 300 C and correlation coefficient r = 0.999 6. The linearity was good with a RSD of 1.8% -4.3% and the precision was good. The recovery range was 96.2% ~ 100.3%. Conclusion The method for the direct determination of arsenic in water, the method is simple and feasible, the results are reliable.
