阳光长跑与体育课改革对大专院校学生耐力素质影响的研究

近年国家学生体质测试结果表明:反映学生心肺功能的耐力素质指标逐年下降。本文利用我校《国家学生体质健康标准》(以下称《标准》)测试结果,实行阳光长跑活动并结合体育课教学改革,通过学期初与学期末测试数据对比,验证课程改革与阳光长跑活动对学生耐力素质的提高作用。

In recent years, the results of the national students ’physical examination show that the indexes of endurance quality reflecting the students’ cardiorespiratory function decline year by year. Based on the test results of “National Students’ Physique and Health Standard” (hereinafter referred to as “the standard”) of our university, this paper carries out the sunshine long distance running activities and the teaching reform of the physical education class. Through the comparison between the beginning of the semester and the test data at the end of the semester, Students improve the quality of endurance.
