我们正处在世纪之交的重要历史时刻。中国广告业既面临着难得的发展机遇,又面临着严峻的挑战。我们要以邓小平理论和党的十五大精神为指导,从战略和全局的高度,认真总结改革开放二十年中国广告法制建设的经验,紧紧把握广告业的发展趋势,完善广告法制,为促进和保障中国广告业在二十一世纪的进一步蓬勃发展作出新的贡献。
We are at a crucial historic moment at the turn of the century. China’s advertising industry faces both rare opportunities for development and severe challenges. Under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the 15th CPC National Congress, we must conscientiously sum up the experience of China’s legal system construction in advertising during the 20 years of reform and opening up, firmly grasp the development trend of the advertising industry, and improve the legal system of advertisements for the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the 15th CPC National Congress. Promote and safeguard the further development of China’s advertising industry in the 21st century.
