电子商务的改革发展是我国当今中小物流企业发展的主要原因,现如今人才在各行各业逐渐展现其特有的核心地位,行业竞争依旧激烈,中小物流企业在人力资源管理方面遇到了很多的不良因素,急需进行改革创新,找到符合本公司的人力资源发展路线至关重要,文章在分析罗列现代中小物流企业人力资源管理的机遇挑战,为其实现创新提出了一些可行性的创新建议,为企业增强自身服务效能、提升行业竞争能力做努力。
