我公司在深化企业改革中,所作五个方面的改革,目前已收到一定成效。其内容包括: 一、调整机构,促进改革 为了适应深化改革的需要,我们把公司十个科室调整合并为九个,减少一个。把各科室划分为经营部门和管理部门两种类型。经营部门有中药科、成药科、储运科、门市部等四个;管理科室有财会科、质检科、饮片厂、党委办、经理办等五个。实践证明,按管理型和经营型分类调整机构,分工清楚,职责分明,能充分发挥各自的职能作用,有利于调动各方面的主动性、积极性,是搞活中药经营强有力的组织保证。
The five reforms that our company has made in deepening enterprise reform have achieved certain results. The contents include: 1. Adjusting institutions and promoting reforms In order to adapt to the needs of deepening reforms, we have consolidated the company’s ten departments into nine and reduced one. Each department is divided into two types: management department and management department. The operating departments include four departments including Chinese medicine department, traditional Chinese medicine department, storage and transportation department, and sales department, etc. There are five management departments including the finance and accounting section, quality inspection department, decoction factory, party committee office, and manager office. Practice has proved that according to the management and operating type adjustment agencies, the division of labor is clear, the responsibilities are clearly defined, and their respective functions and functions can be fully exerted. This is conducive to mobilizing the initiatives and enthusiasm of all parties and is a powerful organizational guarantee for invigorating the management of traditional Chinese medicine.
