巨噬细胞(Macrophage Mφ)产生的精氨酸酶在抗感染和抗肿瘤过程中有重要作用,同时对细胞的生长分化也有重要影响。在精氨酸酶作用下精氨酸可被分解并产生尿素和鸟氨酸,检测其中任一产物的含量都可间接地反映 Mφ产生精氨酸酶的活性。本文就如何检测鸟氨酸的含量藉以反映Mφ产生精氨酸酶的活力作一介绍,结果如下。
