酸性尿素琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测RNA,方法简便,容易掌握。我们对不同来源的RNA进行了检测,分辨力较好,可以回收具有活性的RNA;RNA分子量与泳动距离基本上呈线性关系。
Acid urea agarose gel electrophoresis detection of RNA, the method is simple, easy to grasp. We detected RNA from different sources with good resolution and recovered active RNA. The molecular weight of RNA was basically linear with the migration distance.
