Parametric design optimization is an important guarantee for the reliable and efficient crushing ice delivery system. Based on the principle of free energy and dependence on number properties, the mechanism of the falling point of icing phase transition was expounded. When the amount of ice, the concentration of the solution and the required temperature are known, the optimum working parameters of the ice water mixture system can be designed and queried according to the curves of the different additives. This contains the general principles for parameterizing ice-water mixture systems suitable for engineering applications
