花粉症是一常见病多发病,但至今未引起临床足够重视。本文分析500例我科经治的花粉症患者,从发病季节、病程、病例选择及特异性花粉抗原皮试诊断方法进行讨论,并探讨100例花粉症血清总 IgE 的测定。对500例花粉症患者进行特异性脱敏治疗,总有效率达89.8%。
Hay fever is a frequently-occurring disease, but so far it has not caused enough attention in clinic. In this paper, 500 cases of hay fever in our department were analyzed. The diagnosis of season, course of disease, case selection and specific skin antigen test of pollen antigen were discussed. The total serum IgE was determined in 100 cases of hay fever. 500 cases of hay fever patients with specific desensitization treatment, the total effective rate was 89.8%.
