藻酸双酯钠(PSS)是目前常用于防治缺血性脑、心血管病的药物,在治疗中我们发现可致脱发,现报告3例如下。病例摘要例1,患者男,41岁,因反复头昏头痛14年,以高血压病收入院。入院体查:BP160/100’心肺听诊无异常,眼底检查示“动脉硬化Ⅱ期”。脑CT,脑电图、颈椎X 线摄片均正常。给予藻酸双酯钠每日0.1g 加入5%GNS500ml 中静脉滴注共19日,症状改善,血压降至正常。但停药后,即出现头部圆形或椭圆形斑状脱发,患者无明显自觉症状。患处头皮光滑发亮,脱落毛发下端变细,毛球显著萎缩,头发逐渐全部脱光。
Sodium alginate (PSS) is currently commonly used in the prevention and treatment of ischemic brain, cardiovascular disease drugs, we found in the treatment can cause hair loss, are reported in 3 cases as follows. Case Summary 1, male, 41 years old, because of repeated dizziness and headache for 14 years, hospitalized with hypertension. Admission physical examination: BP160 / 100 ’Cardiopulmonary auscultation no abnormalities, fundus examination showed “atherosclerosis Ⅱ period.” Brain CT, EEG, cervical X-ray were normal. Give sodium alginate daily 0.1g 5% GNS500ml intravenous infusion of a total of 19 days, the symptoms improved, blood pressure dropped to normal. However, after stopping the treatment, the head showed round or oval spotted hair loss, and the patient had no obvious symptoms. The affected area smooth and shiny scalp, shedding the lower end of thin hair, hair ball significantly atrophy, the hair gradually all stripped.
