目的建立阿坝藏族羌族自治州儿童全血中5种微量元素含量数据库,并分析其与年龄、性别、民族的相关性并确定其正常值范围。方法采集3,089例健康体检的0~14岁儿童全血标本,其中男1700例,女1389例,将其分为4个年龄组:0~1岁组860例,1~3岁组1001例,3~6岁组937例,6~14岁组291例,对总体样本及不同年龄组、不同性别、不同民族儿童微量元素进行分析。结果通过统计学分析,Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe 4种微量元素的含量存在民族差异,其中汉族、藏族Zn含量与样本平均值比较存在显著差异;羌族Ca含量与平均值比较存在显著差异;藏族、羌族Mg含量与平均值比较存在显著差异;汉族、藏族、羌族总体样本全血Fe含量与平均值比较存在显著差异。结论阿坝州儿童全血钙、镁、铜、铁、锌元素含量与正常参考值比较均存在显著性差异(P<0.05);通过3089例健康儿童的全血微量元素测定,确定阿坝州儿童全血5种微量元素正常值范围。
Objective To establish a database of five trace elements in whole blood of children in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture and analyze its correlation with age, gender and ethnicity and determine its normal range. Methods A total of 3,089 whole blood samples of 0 to 14 years old children with physical examination were collected, including 1700 males and 1389 females, which were divided into 4 age groups: 860 cases in 0-1 years old group, 1001 cases in 1-3 years old group, 937 cases of 3-6 years old group and 291 cases of 6-14 years old group analyzed the trace elements of children in different age groups, different genders and different ethnic groups. Results There were significant differences in the content of trace elements Zn, Ca, Mg and Fe among the four trace elements in Zn, Ca, Mg and Fe. Among them, there was a significant difference between the Zn content of Han and Tibetan samples and the average value of samples; There was a significant difference between the content of Mg in the Qiangs and the average value. There was significant difference in the content of Fe in the whole blood of the Han, Tibetan and Qiang nationalities compared with the average. Conclusion The content of calcium, magnesium, copper, iron and zinc in whole blood of Aba children were significantly different from the normal reference value (P <0.05). The whole blood trace elements in 3089 healthy children were determined, Blood 5 kinds of trace elements normal range.
