本文用扭摆法分别研究了ε-己内酯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(PCL-b-PS)与聚碳酸酯(PC),以及PCL-b-PS与PC、聚苯乙烯(PS)等共混体系的动态力学性质,并借助激光小角散射技术,对比研究了PCL在均聚物、共聚物和共混物中的结晶情况。研究结果显示: 1)在PCL-b-PS中,当重量组成比为PCL/PS=64/36时,PCL为连续相,PS形成不完全连续相。 2)在PC/PS/PCL-b-PS三元共混体系中PCL-b-PS起了相容剂的作用,共聚物中的PCL嵌段和PS嵌段分别溶入PC相和PS相,改善了共混物的两相界面键合力,从而提高这一共混材料的力学性能。 3)在PCL和PCL-3b-PS的图谱上,于107c°处还检测到一个新的小松弛峰,它可能与PCL链段中酯基的运动有关。
In this paper, the effects of PCL-b-PS and PC, PCL-b-PS and PC, polystyrene (PS) The dynamic mechanical properties of blends were studied. The crystallization of PCL in homopolymers, copolymers and blends was comparatively studied by laser small-angle scattering. The results show that: 1) In PCL-b-PS, when the weight ratio of PCL / PS = 64/36, PCL is a continuous phase and PS forms an incomplete continuous phase. 2) PCL-b-PS plays a role of compatibilizer in PC / PS / PCL-b-PS ternary blends. The PCL block and PS block in the copolymer dissolve into PC phase and PS phase respectively , Improve the two-phase interfacial bonding force of the blend, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the blends. 3) A new small relaxation peak at 107c ° was also observed on the maps of PCL and PCL-3b-PS, which may be related to the movement of ester groups in the PCL segment.
