步进梁作为常用的钢管运送设备,在钢管厂普遍应用。HFW超声波探伤生产线的步进梁提升液压缸曲柄经常发生磨损故障,严重影响生产线的正常运行。本文主要阐述通过比例方向阀的斜坡调整以及减速接近开关的调整,解决曲柄磨损严重的问题。
Walking beam as a commonly used steel conveying equipment, widely used in steel pipe plant. HFW ultrasonic testing production line walking beam lifting cylinder crank often wear failure, seriously affecting the normal operation of the production line. This article mainly elaborates the problem of serious crank wear by adjusting the slope of the proportional directional valve and the deceleration proximity switch.
