以蒙脱土为原料,采用原位晶化的方法合成出蒙脱土/β分子筛介孔-微孔复合催化材料(MMT/β)。利用XRD、SEM-EDS、N2吸附-脱附、FT-IR和NH3-TPD对该材料分别进行表征,指出它具有蒙脱土和β分子筛的双重特征;确实由蒙脱土与β分子筛复合而成,并非二者的机械混合;具有微孔和介孔两种结构;其酸性主要集中在弱酸和中强酸,强酸较少。对影响合成的因素分析结果表明,晶化时间、晶化温度和蒙脱土用量影响显著。通过调节蒙脱土含量,可调节该材料的孔性质。
The montmorillonite / β molecular sieve mesoporous / microporous composite catalyst (MMT / β) was synthesized by in situ crystallization using montmorillonite as raw material. The materials were characterized by XRD, SEM-EDS, N2 adsorption-desorption, FT-IR and NH3-TPD, respectively. The results showed that it has the dual characteristics of montmorillonite and β molecular sieve. As a result, it is not a mechanical mixing of the two. There are two kinds of structures, micropores and mesopores. Their acidity is mainly concentrated in weak and moderately strong acids with less strong acids. The analysis of the factors affecting the synthesis showed that crystallization time, crystallization temperature and the amount of montmorillonite affected significantly. By adjusting the montmorillonite content, the pore properties of the material can be adjusted.
