采用SP免疫组化染色法对97例卵巢癌,35例卵巢良性肿瘤及16例正常卵巢p16蛋白表达进行测定,结果p16蛋白表达阳性率分别为38.14%,82.83%和87.50%,卵巢癌组明显低于正常对照及良性肿瘤(P<0.01);不同组织类型卵巢癌之间p16蛋白阳性率无显著性差异(P>0.05);但随着分化程度的降低,p16蛋白阳性率明显降低,高分化组(58.06%)与低分化组(13.04%)有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);Ⅰ、Ⅱ期癌和Ⅲ、Ⅳ期癌阳性率分别为52.27%和26.42%(P<0.05);p16蛋白阳性的卵巢癌患者累计生存率明显高于p16阴性者(P<0.01)。说明p16基因表达缺失与卵巢癌的发生、分化程度、进展及预后密切相关。
The expression of p16 protein in 97 cases of ovarian cancer, 35 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 16 cases of normal ovary was determined by SP immunohistochemical staining. The positive rate of p16 protein expression was 38.14%, 82.83% and 87.50 %, The ovarian cancer group was significantly lower than the normal control and benign tumors (P <0.01); the positive rate of p16 protein in different tissues and types of ovarian cancer was no significant difference (P> 0.05); but with the differentiation degree (P <0.01). The positive rate of p16 protein in the well-differentiated group (58.06%) was significantly lower than that in the poorly differentiated group (13.04%) The positive rates of cancer were 52.27% and 26.42% respectively (P <0.05). The cumulative survival rate of patients with positive p16 protein was significantly higher than that of patients with negative p16 (P <0.01). This shows that the loss of p16 gene expression is closely related to the occurrence, differentiation, progression and prognosis of ovarian cancer.
