目的:采用高效液相色谱法对采自海南的10批木豆叶药材进行指纹图谱研究,为木豆叶药材的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用Diamonsil C18(2)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-1%冰醋酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温40℃,检测波长268 nm。结果:以7个共有峰为评价指标,精密度和重复性试验中各共有峰相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD均小于3%,10批样品相似度大于0.9。结论:此方法精密度、稳定性和重复性良好,可用于木豆叶药材的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To study the fingerprint of 10 medicinal materials of Magnolia sieboldii collected from Hainan by HPLC and to provide the basis for the quality control of Medicinal herbs. METHODS: Diamonsil C18 (2) (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 1% glacial acetic acid. The flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the detection wavelength was set at 268 nm. Results: With the seven common peaks as the evaluation index, the RSDs of the relative retention time and the relative peak area of each common peak in the precision and reproducibility tests were less than 3%, and the similarity of 10 batches of samples was greater than 0.9. Conclusion: This method has good precision, stability and repeatability, and can be used for quality control of medicinal herbs of Magnoliaceae.
