本文基于Rh(Ⅲ)对Mn(Ⅱ)-BrO ̄-_3反应的催化作用,并与luminol的化学发光反应相偶合,建立了一种测定铑的高灵敏度化学发光新方法。研究并优化了测定铑的条件,研究了外来离子的影响,配合三正辛胺(TOA)萃取色谱法分离干扰离子。铑浓度在1×10 ̄(-5)~10μg/mL范围内与化学发光峰高成直线关系,检测限(3σ)达到5×10 ̄(-6)μg/mLRh。方法用于贵金属离子混合液的活性炭载体催化剂中铑的测定,获得满意结果。
In this paper, based on the catalytic effect of Rh (Ⅲ) on the reaction of Mn (Ⅱ) -BrO¯-_3 and the coupling with luminol chemiluminescence reaction, a new sensitive chemiluminescence method for the determination of rhodium has been established. The conditions for the determination of rhodium were studied and optimized. The effects of extraneous ions were studied. The interference ions were separated by TOA extraction chromatography. The concentration of rhodium in the range of 1 × 10 ~ (-5) ~ 10μg / mL has a linear relationship with the chemiluminescence peak height, and the detection limit (3σ) reaches 5 × 10 ~ (-6) μg / mLRh. The method is applied to the determination of rhodium in the activated carbon supported catalyst of noble metal ion mixed solution, and the satisfactory result is obtained.
