应用ELISA法测定了148例血清CA_(125)含量，其中卵巢恶性肿瘤23例，卵巢良性肿瘤47例，其他妇科疾病78例，结果显示卵巢恶性肿瘤血清CA_(125)值为212.69±119.2u／ml，阳性率为91％。认为血清CA_(125)检测对卵巢癌的早期诊断、疗效观察、肿瘤复发有较高的临床本考价值。
The serum levels of CA 125 in 148 cases of ovarian malignant tumors were determined by ELISA. Among them, 23 cases were ovarian malignant tumors, 47 cases were ovarian benign tumors and 78 cases were other gynecological diseases. The results showed that the serum CA125 value of ovarian malignant tumor was 212.69 ± 119.2u / ml, the positive rate was 91%. It is considered that the detection of serum CA 125 in early diagnosis of ovarian cancer, observation of curative effect and tumor recurrence have higher clinical value.
