1997年4月，我院将热球法子宫内膜剥离术用于临床，为月经过多患者及妇科医生提供了新的治疗选择。现总结如下。1资料与方法1．1临床资料1997年4月至1998年12月在我院就诊的月经过多患者中，选择药物治疗无效，患者要求保留子宫且无再次生育要求者63例行热球法子宫内膜剥离术。
