目的建立芦笋及其罐头制品中20种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的定性定量分析方法。方法采用改进的Qu Ech ERS法提取和净化,利用超高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联四极杆质谱仪,在多反应监测正离子扫描模式下对样品进行添加回收率试验。结果分别对绿芦笋、白芦笋、绿芦笋罐头、白芦笋罐头4种空白基质添加0.005~0.050 mg/kg农药样品进行回收率试验,回收率为62.44%~85.99%,定量限均为0.005 mg/kg,RSD均小于9%。结论该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,能够同时满足芦笋及其罐头制品中20种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的检测要求。
Objective To establish a qualitative and quantitative method for the determination of 20 carbamate pesticides in asparagus and its canned products. Methods The improved Qu Ech ERS method was used to extract and purify the samples. The recovery of the samples was tested in the multi-reaction monitoring positive ion scanning mode by using ultra performance liquid chromatography-electrospray tandem mass spectrometry. Results The recoveries of four kinds of blank matrices of green asparagus, white asparagus, green asparagus and canned white asparagus were tested respectively. The recoveries were between 62.44% and 85.99%. The limits of quantification were both 0.005 mg / kg, RSD less than 9%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and can meet the detection requirements of 20 carbamate pesticide residues in asparagus and its canned products at the same time.
